And I Hope You Like Jammin’ Too


It may sound a little “fruity” (sorry, couldn’t resist), but I finally took advantage of the wild invasive Himalayan blackberries that have been plaguing the northwest region. Make jam is actually about as easy as making Ramen, which is where my cooking ability starts to taper off. Believe it or not, I didn’t even use the full amount of sugar that the recipe recommended, and it’s still pretty sweet. Jam turned out to be a very budget friendly thing for me to make, which most of you know is how I roll.
On a totally unrelated topic, I attended BrickCon 2008 a few weeks ago. You may be able to assume, it’s a convention dedicated to Lego creations. I got a few good pictures, but my camera is in Ashlinn’s glove box. I’ll post them soon.
