Rolling

For the last week and a half I’ve been working on a shoot in Maine. It has required a couple of fun car mount shots. I’ve always loved rigging cameras onto things, or occasionally onto people. What you see up there is a hood mount, with a RED camera, an Arri 200 watt Pocket Par and a 575 HMI. This truck was on top of a trailer being towed by another truck, which housed our Honda 2000 generator. This seems like a good reminder that there are huge differences between “film nerds” and “filmmaking nerds.”

Diamond in the rough. I found this on Sunday In the far back corner of Elmer’s Barn. If I didn’t already have a perfectly functioning pasta roller I would have picked it up.

This is the first road bike I ever owned. It got me through Maine & NYC up until I bought my Bianchi. I’m thrilled to be rebuilding it into some sort of city bike.

My projects get dwarfed by my father’s. This is the second Baracuda, nicknamed Buried Cuda, due to the condition it was found.
