When Ashlinn and I were in New York, we stopped by the Brooklyn Art Library, home of the Sketchbook Project. Not only did we get to see Ashlinn’s sister’s book, but I also picked up this gem of a postcard from my hometown. Pile of wood.

I just got to my parents house last night and found out my dad is building a shanty town in his garage. I’m not sure if he plans on living in there, but at least it’s well ventilated.

Ash and I stopped into NY for a brief moment and got to see our friend Virginia and got to eat at Le Barricou. I recommend the risotto.

I went for a bike ride and bumped into this guy.
Butter, Sage, Salt & Pepper
This ended up coating the sweet potato ravioli that Ashlinn and I made for dinner with my parents. Those were hard to photograph because they were gone very quickly!
Two Meals
Scrambled eggs with sautéed garlic, diced chives and shaved Parmesan. Pomegranate for dessert.
Pizza with green peppers, onion and fresh mozzarella.
